We personally interview, evaluate, and document the success of each finalist in every engagement. This would include references (given and developed), personal financial history, educational verification, and appropriate criminal history checks.
  
  
• We keep our fees reasonable, generally below industry norms.
  
  
• Guarantee policy. We will replace an individual if he is proven to be unsuitable for a period of one year after the completion of the engagement.
